This coffee gives a more contemporary espresso, still a medium roast but slightly lighter than the Mocha Blend, demonstrating more fruitiness and a bit more acidity. It is a Central American blend of 70 % El Salvador San Ernesto (Honey & Washed Processed) and 30% Guatemala Primavera Family form the Huehuetenago region.
 
***Important - Correct Grind Setting***
 
Please let us know how you make your coffee in the comments when you order and we will grind it to suit the method you use. For example cafetière uses a more coarse coffee grind than home espresso so getting the setting right will be important to get you the best flavour.
